Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

(Spirit of wall will responsible In case of damaged/wrong shipment and will bear the return shipping charges.)

 

Requirements:

  2. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

If you don’t file your claim within 24 hours and return the product within 7 days of delivery. Spirit of wall will not be liable for any replacement.

  • All shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Items returned to us that are not eligible for an replacement will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
